The Inner Lining
A Nixsa Wetsuit has an extra warm, high pile internal lining from chest to ankles. This material traps air and provides great insulation. The patternation of the lining is designed specifically with faster drying in mind.
The Seams
All seams are first glued, then stitched and then taped for ultimate strength and endurance. Gluing and blind stitching the neoprene on a Nixsa Wetsuit reduces the chances of water entering at the seams and provides a flexible and robust seal. For added assurance and comfort all of the seams throughout the entire suit are taped.
The Knees
The knee pads on a Nixsa Wetsuit are abrasion resistant, offering complete comfort during wearing and movement. The reinforced material at the knees gives you extra protection and increases the suits durability. Embossing at the back of the knee means greater flexibility and improved performance.
The Neck Opening, Zip and Stopper
Our easy entry neck system means that getting your Nixsa Wetsuit on and off is quick and easy. Each suit has a YKK horizontal zipper at the front, meaning that you have a heavy-duty, long-lasting fastening that is lightweight. There is also an elastic chest toggle tensioner so that you can get the closest fit and minimise flushing.
The Chest and Calf Drainage
With drain holes at the front and back of the chest water can escape easily if it enters. An area of specialist Aqua Flush neoprene structure at the lower leg also allows water to escape.
The Hood
The multi-panelled fitted hood on a Nixsa Wetsuit is designed to ensure the best fit and comfort. The thermal lining works to keep you warm during the coldest of sessions, and the elastic tensioner around the face minimises water entry.
The Collarbone and Cuff Seal
The printing at the collarbone and cuffs provides an added barrier to reduce flushing, for a closer and warmer fit.
The Key Loop
A key loop inside the chest zip keeps your key safe.
